How To Book:
Schedule Your Appointment
Include in notes where to find your laundry bags and any special requests. Review FAQ’s.
Place Laundry Outside
Place your clothing/bedding in laundry bags (preferably reuseable), hang dry items (along with the right amount of hangers), and upgraded Luxe items in a separate bag outside your home by 8am the morning of your appointment (regardless of appointment time)
The Process
Our standard process includes separating clothes into darks and lights, washing with cold water (o3 works best with cold water), and drying with medium heat.
Payment
Once your laundry is picked up, cleaned, dried, folded, and weighed you will receive an invoice via text message or email.
The Drop
Once your payment is received your items will be dropped off by the end of the next day. Deliveries are typically between 9am and 2pm.
